Simply Chic Shop accepts returns of clothing items that are unworn with original tags and packaging initiated within 7 days of receiving all the items in your order. If it is a split package order, it will start from when you receive the last package.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless there is a shipping error on Simply Chic Shop's part.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. All bodysuits and jewelry are final sale.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Contact us at info@simplychicshop.com to initiate the return and provide us with your order number. We will then send you return instructions.
Once the return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be processed. Please allow us 3-5 business days from the time we receive the return package to process.
You have the option of receiving a store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but depending on your bank, times my vary.
